Donald Reichardtwrote for newspapers and taught English before launching a career in corporate public relations and marketing. He has written speeches for five Fortune Fifty CEOs. Reichardt organized the BellSouth Corporation’s first companywide advertising department and was named executive director for advertising, brand management and Olympic Games sponsorship programs. After leaving corporate life to pursue freelance projects, Reichardt was a consultant with The Advertising Council in New York City and several corporations. He wrote more than 60 by-lined articles for magazines and business newspapers, including the American City Business Journals. Three of his short stories received special honorary mention or honorary mention in national magazine competitions. A graduate of Emporia State University in Kansas, Reichardt majored in English with a journalism specialty and was editor of the student newspaper. In 2011 he received Emporia State’s Distinguished Alumni Award. He has been elected to the College of Fellows of the Public Relations Society of America and to the Georgia Public Relations Hall of Fame housed at the University of Georgia. |

Joyce Oscarspent nearly thirty years in the field covering news at multiple television stations. She was one of CNN’s first video journalists at the launch of the network in June 1, 1980. Oscar joined WJBF-TV in Augusta, Georgia as a reporter and weekend anchor, winning multiple spot news awards including one from UPI. She co-anchored and co-produced the nightly news at WDEF-TV in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After joining top rated WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia she was honored by the Georgia House of Representatives and interviewed by Joan Lunden on “Good Morning America” for her coverage of a winter storm in 1993 that left her stranded in the North Georgia mountains for four days. Joyce received Southern Regional Emmy Award nominations for team coverage from 1998 through 2008. A native of Chicago, Oscar graduated from Western Illinois University with a major in mass communications. Currently residing in Roswell, Georgia with her husband Jerry she has two college age children, Jennifer and Jeremy. When she is not writing she is doing voice-over work for corporate webinars, traveling and practicing the art of yoga. Since the publishing of Justice on Hold in fall of 2011, co-authors Reichardt and Oscar have connected with thousands of readers at literary festivals, bookstores, book clubs, libraries, writers' groups, art galleries and art festivals around the country. |

We were pleased to present a check from sales of The Blue Wall to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. Although the book is about police, not firefighters, this organization supports all types of first responders across the country. The donation follows two contributions we previously made from sales of Justice On Hold to a Georgia organization supporting victims of domestic violence. Our third novel, Unholy Mind Games, was just released, and when sales permit we will look for an organization that supports children.
