City Antiques Signing
November 19, 2019 We signed all three books in The Grace Gleason Files for this enthusiastic reader (left) in our second appearance at City Antiques in Roswell. Many thanks to the Bercaws for inviting us to this encore performance at their antiques and collectibles mall. It is truly a signt to behold, and their once-a-month Thursday night socials are great fun. The many antiques aficianados who attended enjoyed food and drink, lfive music, browsing the massive collecftions and, of course, visiting with Donald and Joyce about their work. |

Worthy Cause
December 17, 2018 In December we presented a check from sales of The Blue Wall to an organization that supports first responders. Richard Szabo, owner of Firehouse Subs in Johns Creek, and his father Rick, accepted the donation on behalf of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. We donate to causes that represent what our books are about, as sales permit. The Blue Wall was about police, not firefighters, but the foundation supports all types of first responders across the country. We hope to give more to this organization in the future, as well as inspire others to consider it. |

Northside Hospital Auxiliary
November 08, 2018 Many thanks to the Northside Hospital Auxiliary, which sponsored a "Lunch and Learn" featuring--who else?--co-authors Joyce Oscar and Donald Reichardt. We spent a fun hour discussing our books, our experiences with writing and publishing, and then signing books. We're grateful to Carol Kratochvil, manager of volunteer services at Northside for the invitation, and to MaryAnne Richard who serves on the Auxiliary executive committee, for making the arrangements. Here Maryanne poses with us and our books. |

Thank you, Carolina Gallery
October 27, 2018 Don was all set up and ready to speak at the Carolina Gallery of Fine Arts in Highlands, NC. Some 40 people attended as Joyce joined him during the presentation via Face Time. Joyce had pre-signed books and Don signed and personalized copies of all three Grace Gleason Files novels. Many thanks to Mary Lou and Leslie for their hospitality at this beautiful space which, unfortunately, will have to close soon because of a change of the building's ownership. |
